Purpose

This VILT sample showcases a 60-minute, facilitator-led session designed for corporate leaders seeking to improve their feedback skills in a hybrid or remote work environment. The training blends interactive discussions, polls, breakout activities, and real-world scenarios to help leaders deliver feedback that drives performance and engagement. The accompanying Facilitator Guide provides detailed instructions for both the facilitator and the producer, while the PowerPoint slide deck aligns with adult learning principles, ensuring clear learning objectives, logical content flow, and learner engagement throughout. This project highlights my ability to design scalable, interactive virtual learning experiences that promote behavior change and support organizational goals.
